Re: Official EF SEDAN SQUAD Thread
Yeah i get the save the sohc motto but, if you're going to poor that much money into a motor, the sohc is going to be the expensive way of going slower. It'll be cooler, and better to look at but the B is going to be so much more fun to drive and to easier to upgrade down the track.

But if low is your goal, B is not the way to go.

my friends crx has a b20vtec and my other friend has a k20 in his crx and they still pretty low, I had a b16 on my previous crx and it was pretty low, I think you just learn your ways of how to get around on a lowered car after a while even with a swap.

Did the low thing in my CD Accord for 5+ years. Got over it. Now it's really not even possible considering I live down 1/3 mile dirt driveway. The goal now is to get extra clearance

Re: Official EF SEDAN SQUAD Thread
It was a super good deal and it be stupid to pass it up. Clean, comfy car. I cant start a new policy on anything 20+ years old.
When im finacially capable of insuring two cars i can get into something older and they should be able to add an old car to my excising policy or do a transfer and start a new one for the maxima, etc. Its a real mess out here, i know... Sometimes makes me wanna move to a different province where you can have 5 cars for the price of one here (insurance wise). But i cant leave my dream job.
The project wont come into place for few years; meanwhile gonna refinish the volks and see if i can sell them, if i dont get money i want ill keep em for that long coming sedan project in 2-3 years.
As for this fancy-mobile. Wheels, lip and coilovers next summer, and just drive it
Just did new brakes on it and passed inspection.
Here is my other daily

You could just get a custom oil pan/pick-up that doesnt sit so low. Having gone from a Z6 to a B20, there is no way i'd ever want to go back to a d-series.
