@wanabebuff: I know right, never wants too (end), but this for sure is the Veryyyy very last task to do.
But yeah, luckily I have the infamous D15(b2) so, it won't take me no-more than 30-45mins to remove the head. My thing is .. gettin' to the valves 'n replacing them, I've NEVER had to work on a car so hard but, hey it's gettin' somewhere ..

Removing the retainers and compressing the spring is no big deal, you can do it by hand if you don't have little girly fingers haha. The tough part is getting the retainers back in without getting frustrated and throwing ****, that's when the proper tool is a life saver.
Just googled your engine code for valves, looks like theyre only like $7 to $9 a piece...not bad.

^^^ don't know anything about that store, just the first place that popped up when i searched.

Well, I'm 5'1 (I know, short) so, my fingers aren't exactly "man" hands, lol.
Im removing the head now though, already taken the exhaust mani. off so far then ran back into the house.
$7 - $9 doesn't sound so bad, thank god it's only 1 or 2 valves. I'll take pics also once the head's off.

Good luck with it, man BUT, just remember, even though you fixed the valves, that doesn't mean you fixed the problem. Do you know why they got bent in the first place? Timing off or something? I broke a valve in my scooter a while back, had to rebuild the whole thing pretty much....jug, piston, head w/new valves etc.....while assembling it, I somehow got distracted and put my piston in upside down (notches in the piston for the valve clearances were different sizes for intake and exhaust valve) and while checking for binding by hand, I somehow bent the brand new valve AND valve guide! WTF. Didn't even get to start it up before I had to rebuild **** again.

Bent Valve is what killed my b2
I'd say you should take the head to a machine shop and get all new valve stem seals, gaskets, and all that other stuff.
Replacing a valve can be a bitch but it's cheaper, Just make sure you have the right tools because it can be frustrating!

Re: Official EF SEDAN SQUAD Thread
Alright welllll ... I got everything back together, but I believe I forgot where 2 sensors went.
It's a green sensor from the back, and another below the distributor.
And turns out, Im gonna try this.
It MAY NOT be a bent valve. A spark plug wasn't in the 1st Cyl. all the way (as if it was running without a spark plug) because the threads were f*cked. So, re-threaded them, got the spark plug back in, and now .. I have this sensor issue.
No spark, no fuel so far, but compression .. Im HOPING after I get it started, I won't hear the bangin' 'n clickin' no-more.

See?
Looks a F'd.
Spark plug wasn't even in all the way. This was AFTER I took the head off, but Before I re-threaded it and put the plug back in, it sits perfect.

Hopefully the spark plug situation got you back on the road a bit though! Hearing about your constant misfortunes makes me feel bad.
Edit - take a picture of the sensors you're confused about, we'll get you sorted out in no time.
