So anyone doing anything fun this weekend? Any meets/shows/races? Me, I'm sitting in LAX, amused that they don't have free wifi.
cheers

Is that called techno camo or something like that? Digital Camo? I've seen it done as a headliner, and it looks good.
The bumper piece is actually a different type of bra, and it comes as a one piece style outfit.

HAHAHA! Naw, I'm still unsure on what to do with the headliner though.
Hard finding a job though to fund the 4 door, and I'm struggling just to stay current on my GLI payments...
So I decided since I can't get a job then I need to get my *** in school, and the financial aid can help me pay for my car since it is my transportation to school, and the school will help me get a job while still in school...
I signed up to get info... Hopefully I will start soon at!...

wow i was just thinking bout wrapping my head liner but im doing it with cars material... i did my armrest and looks cool... when i have a kid theyll like it lol
not trying to bash you man, or what you're shooting for as a career........but honestly, UTI is a big waste of money, and time......
I have had many friends that go there, and that have gone there, and everyone of them said it was a waste of time. You would be MUCH better going into a community college program, you would only be spending about 3 or 4k MAX......
thats just my opinion though, and i know what you guys are gonna think, all my friends are just lazy or whatever, but they all have studied and got good grades.
thats just something to think on bro.

Smart move Wayne. My brother in law went their, graduated, got an excellent job with Mercedes-Benz, and now he has his own Merc. business and is now taking business away from his old employer. If your ever in Carlsbad, in the San Diego area, look him up.

How did it go for you?
I want to go because it's not just a regular school, and if I can't get a job after going there, I still plan on getting atleast an AA. You can't always just have one plan in life, because it doesn't always work out, but I know that I would always love my career in the automotive field. That's why when I was in the military I was training to be a black hawk helicopter repair. One of the best jobs in the military because not only do I love repairing **** (mechanics and diagnostics) but there is a vast number of routes you can choose to take in that job, becoming a pilot and a warrant officer, which equal more pay, etc.
ROFL!
Theres a big cruise to support the bushfire appeal on tomorrow. I think it's organised by the local skyline club, but OzHonda is also attending i think. Either way, if i go i'll document.
[QUOTE=Clipsed;37496210]Thanks for your input.
its your choice and your will that will allow you to succeed. so having goals set as well as wanting to do it will make your decision more stable. id choose the community college to start off because its cheaper and its the same education for the first 2 years. general education, then you can either transfer or keep going in the same place.
i can tell you that im for sure going into the art buisiness and i swear on everything that this is my life, but i want to incorporate cars. i tried checking out schools and it was just sad. i tried the art institute of california and they charge 20,000 per year on tuition alone without books, and loans only cover so much with the amount of financial aid you get.
its your choice but i cant afford to fail and forever be in debt.
i know your a hella smart guy wayne, if you already know so much about cars then pursue this career. it wont be hard at all

btw...if you think finacial aid will help you on your car payments because it's your main transportation to school...good luck...you won't see a dime of that money...it's goin straight to your school payments(the actual check doesn't even have you name on it...it has the schools name) so good luck!!! finacial aid will only give you roughly around 4-6k...but guess wut...you have to come up the the other 20k & for that you have to get loans so on top of your car payments...u'll have school payments too.
for those of you that did go to UTI or Wyotech and are successful in the automotive field...ask urself this question, would you still be in that same position if you didn't go to UTI or Wyotech? i know i would be in the exact same position with or w/out going to UTI or Wyotech....but not 24k in debt.
sorry to break this to you but...you're better off goin' to a community college...technical schools are a big rip off. basically you pay roughly about 24-28k for just a certificate of completion...and THAT'S IT!!! no ASE's no degrees...they do offer an associate's degree but you have to pay an extra 4-6k for that.

thats exactly what i was gonna say. when in your whole life will you have 20k to pay off for school? so i just chose community college and it also relieves the pressure
Haha, you willing to relocate? I have two car hoists, and access to 3 tow trucks, all I need is the shop! But no one to start doing the work with me, my friends are not about to move they can't afford it, I just need people to start it off, and I don't PERSONALLY know anyone that lives in the high desert area besides my family.
That is very interesting, hmm has me thinking now... But I don't the CC closest to me has any auto programs which sucks.
