Function Form have preloaded set ups.

Im wondering if I could make mine stiffer by shortening the preload but I was told not to touch it by clutch so I've been sticking to that. haha

Hey does anyone know if the stock integra seat rails out of a 95 teg fit on a pair of recaro's ? I have a recaro seat with no seat rail and found a company that makes the seat rails for them and they can sit lower/higher depending on preference.. So does anyone know if they fit?
