Originally I took it off because it was held on by one silver bolt one rusted brown bolt. Then I got pulled over and had to put it back.

Lost the mismatched bolts and I have been way lazy and not gone down to home depot to pick some up. I had zip ties sooooo i zip tied it instead of driving 2 miles to home depot.

That was maybe a year ago; someone had a silver Jetta on some of those 4 spoke Works. The license plate hung over the lip like that so I tried to mimic it but without the lip. :/
