I know a lot of you guys aren't super low but for those of you who are what kind of header are you guys using that doesnt get thrashed just by DDing? One that would hand higher than the stock one. Power isn't a big focus to me since the car is pretty low

 

^ same question. i have a stock header but am trying to swap the top portion of it keeping a nice and tucked stock lower portion and b pipe underneath.

 

Im low and run a huge kidd racing rmf

 

 

my spec 2 does not sound anything like the one's on youtube at all!

 

It wont speakers distort. Actual life like sounds

 

Is it cleaner sounding/ not as loud/ or is it just waay too loud ? I've only heard a b18b1 crx with it but it was in a garage and was insanely loud

Ya mine has the stock b-series header and the bottom portion is completely flat from scraping and sits a little shy of 2 inches from the floor. I DD my car ALOTTT (drive for dominos pizza lol) and smashing up my header isn't fun. ha I know plenty of people here dd'ing their cars wayy lower than mine so just thought i'd ask the dc squad since most if not all are b-series ha


Price range how much do these go for? Like i said im not looking for anything to get me power, look super cool, expensive, or anything like that. Something to just be low and still function properly. Thanks for the reply my man

First got the wheel **** wass jackked up. clear coat was cracking everywhere so did some workkk
restained it a darker coat. was going to to black wood grain. what you think bout that??


not the final product yet. still have to put few layers of clear coat!

 

I ran a jdm itr header on my ls with the spec 2, didnt take long to smash up the bottom of the header but it wasnt too bad

 

made 509whp 335lbs torque @18psi with a little boost creep
bone stock head and itr cams with 84mm sleeved block(b18c) 10:1 comp.

finally got the car put back together and running. had it all finished last night and go to start the car and my battery is dead. so bought a new one today and now its back to normal

Sick bro, I was going to do sleeved 84mm block with arias 9:5:2 cp pistons , manley turbo tuff rods with itr head itr cams pro series valvetrain and cam gears, gsr tranny with quaife lsd, victor manifold with bosch 1000 id's

 

I got that email. Would love to be able to take advantage of it and get either some Falken Azenis RT615 or Toyo R1R's, but funds are short right now.
