if thats what you wanna call it, some ppl do have other hobbies and priorities then dumping thousands of dollars in there car. And to compare wheels to someones life is a big difference....

 

like i said, wheels are wheels to me, even i got a steal on some "legit" wheels id still look at them as any other wheel with just a "big name" brand. Id rather put my money elsewhere on the car then just in the wheels unless it were a "show" car

But legit wheels are not for show, even tho thats what most of them get used for..

They are built and designed much better than some random fakes


For example, my SSRs are much lighter and more solid than my old rotas

but i dont consider my rpf-1's to be expensive or fake and theyre over 3 lbs lighter per wheel than my old slips. ****, i bought my kosei's for 350 with tires, which is cheaper than most people are selling rotas for.

Even Buddy Clubs, they're like $50 more expensive on eBay than Rotas.

 

thats why i shop around, nothing wrong with that. Im not all about wheels but if i find a good deal on something i like ill grab them. I could spend 1000+ on some legit wheels but wheres that gonna get me? LOL some "jdm" points? my cars a dd, which sometimes i could be driving over an hour to work everyday depending where the job is so something like that wouldnt suit me very well, nah mean
