lol yea theres a small catch, the shop that swapped the pistons out in the k24 didnt do something right so it burns oil and smokes. K20a2 head thats on it came off the k20a2 block that was in the dudes rsx that has swapped a k24a2 since.

I'm debating on doing a boosted b or building a boosted k. Idk.

 

both about the same price, you can get k24s for 6-800 bux or 1000-1200 with long geared tranny

 

How do the k24s respond to boost though?

I already have a built ITR motor, just need to sleeve it and swap pistons and cams. I'd spend a lot less on my current motor.

 

all k24s but the a2 respond VERY well, even the k20a3 as well

 

What's so bad about the a2?

 

i just want an all motor k. my boy just got a k swaped ek and im in love with it. the power is always there and it rolls on corvetts. what more could u ask for haha

there more an all motor, even tho you could boost them, just not as much unless you lower the compression. Pretty much the same concept as boosting a gsr or type r

so ive been thinking very hard whether or not i should keep my ITB's, ive been trying to save money to get it retuned, which wont be as easy with the s100 im using, plus i dont wanna have any problems getting dirt into it since ill be using the motor in a dirt track car. I got a good deal on it so i could make money off of it by either selling or trading it for an intake setup which im already tuned for and not have to get retuned again. tough decisions....
