nope i annoy my whole family by always having my car in the garage at night. it took 3 days of rain to get rid of the snow from the last storm, and now some of its back.

so far ive drained the oil, replaced the camseal, and have the dizzy cap/rotor off. its hard to work when there are distractions like a kitchen and a laptop 5 feet away.

 

FINALLY sold my header, so now i can pay for my new one :D

 

LOL, I hear you on the distractions part. I always take food breaks when I'm working on car. If I'm doing an oil change, as the oil is draining I'll go make a sandwhich.

 

usually when i work on cars i can go a few hours without getting hungry. but than when i finish im starving

i cant get this thing to hold an idle. its definitely misfiring or the firing order is off, but i dont know why. i triple checked the order of the wires and cleaned the terminals but it still doesnt hold an idle. sounds like its running on two cylinders. any suggestions?

i also broke a valvecover stud loosening it and managed to need 5 quarts of oil (royal purple isnt cheap either).
