pretty sure in CA too. i got rear ended in my audi very lightly and like 2 days later they were fixing my car.

i remember i rear ended somebody once but they were turning so i had the right of way. I won the claim and got paid $$$ i also got to keep my car

 

I have full coverage so not really worried about anything, just hope its not enough damage to total it

 

even IF they total it, you can still buy it back and make it legal again or just buy it back strip it and buy another teg...lot of choices. When I had my last teg, I totaled it out, damages upwards of $5600+ and I bought car back strip all aftermarket parts and still walked away with $6200.

 

Thing that sucks is i still owe on the car..

but airbags didnt go off so i should be ok

 

so two of my friends got their cars impounded the other night for street racing and one of them also got a 1000$ ticket for having his mari jane pipe in the car lol

 

im pretty sur if you hit them halfway back the car or further its your fault and anywhere infront of that its there fault. Pretty much say you should have been able to stop or slow down.

 

niceee, here its like a 350 dollar fine and a year suspension.... i would know bc thats where all my fun started back in the day. Buttttt if your an out of stater they just suspend you priviledges from driving in Pa.

 

We have some of the worst laws here in ontario, if you're caught doing 50km/h over the speed limit its an immediate 10-day suspension, car impounded, and you can face up to a max of $10 000 in fines. And that's just for 50 km/h over...

damn thats going to take alot of crayons to "color" your car yellow...i say leave it alone your car isnt an itr and a legit paint jon will cost you some dough $$$$. if anything repaint it white again
