S/c is cool for what they do, but turbos ftw

after i get everything together to turbo it im gonna start looking for a head

well started taking off the exhaust and damn removing the b pipe from those rubber hangers is a b*tch.going to finish it tomorrow hopefully actually i need to i have class monday

if you hit the hangers with a blow torch for a second, dont burn them just quickly so they are warmer/ more pliable it makes the job a lot easier.

Or you can use wd40 or pb blaster and they slide right off

couple new ones from me....polished up my jdm 4-1 itr header shield...not 100% done but pretty close and it looks good enough for me till winter! haha and i can spend some more hours on it, polished the mount as well looks pretty good with everything else..soon my VC is going to look pretty freash ( NO MORE RED!)




car is extreamly dirty.....just proof i dialy the bi*ch lol

thanks for the tips im going to try the wd40 since i dont have a torch. going to wait till tonight its way to hont since i live right next to the CA fires

why do you run your ground off that part of the valve cover? its not the correct spot, but realistically you don't need it to be visible at all. i hide mine in the back.

and are you running aftermarket lugs on JDM ITR wheels? i hope not.

btw thats stock location on the vc thus why its there....i know it doesnt have to .and im running RAYS lug nuts so why shouldnt i be???? they work perfect and they looks great! anymore questions i need to answer?

no its not the stock location. the little threaded hole in the right portion of the valve cover is the "correct" location.
Because Rays lugs are not the correct lug for an OEM wheel.
there is a different style of "seat" and yours are incorrect.

well they sit fine and ive had no problems with them........idk but thanks for the info...just checked it out seems your right and looks like INLINEFOUR is getting a payment from me for some SPOONS lol all the better anyways

ADAM- they would look at home on your car.....

16lugs with 4 locks. and socket....20 all together... lol
