yea im up at 5 am, and noooo i ddnt wake up at this time, ive been up all night...

u may ask why,

cause maybe it took 8 hours to fucin do my lowering springs, i went thru hell and back and ill kill myself if i have 2 do it again, it was not my or my friends fault by any means, we have done this b4, the car was just a 95 and hadnt been worked on sense 95, soo everything took 20 extra minutes to get apart and more 2 get back. it dropped it nicee, i wish the front were a tad bit lower, but nothing i can think of at the moment to fix that,

i started at 9pm thinking id take a couple hours, AND we had a spring compressor,

well im dead tired but not really thinking im gonna be able 2 sleep, its getting light out already, ill clean the car free of grease, wd40, oil, blood, soda, and doritos and get some pics later...

it was soo worth it but at the same time not at all.

That sucks! I do my suspension in like an hour or so. I did my friends car from up north once and ended up having to get new LCA's and shocks they were so messed up and rusted lol took all day

Ended up selling him my SRR LCA's and thats when i ordered my Function7's

 

bastard i wish i had functions 7s how do you like em i may pick some up here in a few weeks. oh and im getting married lol

yea the front ddnt go 2 bad, it just toook a lil while 2 figure out how 2 get the springs off, we saw the bolt up top but ddnt even relize why the whole damn strut was turning, ddnt know u had 2 but something in the top of it 2 stop from spinning,

yea the back, was terrible, lca's did not want to come off at all. it was just ughh

BUT good news, it did lower it almost 2 inches, it looks nice, it rides when i say perfect i mean perfect, honestly it doesnt feel like i did anything 2 my stock suspension, thats how smooth.

AND the big 1 is that my mom ddnt even notice it this morning lol

thanks yea i love the drop, even tho id like another inch outta the front and half inch in the back its good, theres no way 2 lower the front anymore is there? unless i start cutting springs? lolz and thats no option

 

You could do that but your stock shocks wont like that to much lol

Yea i feel ya, I have S2 springs. Doesn't cut it lol I'm usualy A LOT lower. I'm used to TEIN/PIC/Koni-GC set-ups on my other cars. I HATE springs!

question, white taking off my right front i found that my bumbstop was basically eroded away and not even rubber anymore, it fell apart soo i dont have 1 on that 1 corner, do i need 1 or would i be fine w/o, i know its to prevent the strut from blowing easy soo how much of a problem would it be riding w/o for a few days
