not sure why you'd want to. I'd rather see an H22 or K24 swap.

12.5:1 pistons, cams and kpro and you can make 275whp on a K24

Well, trany finally let go two days ago. Good ole V6 tranies. Id say its did its job though, lasted 232,000 miles.
