.::Official CL Squad::.
i wouldn't mind people on azine who have been in the game for a while or even dedicated newbs with potential. i just feel like azine still keeps changing. a lot of people have lost interest in their cls. you know?
there's no exciting builds anymore. no one except for you and chris' have really inspired me anymore. i come here for inspiration. the last good build was that dude ethanol's and does he even have that car anymore.
i remember the old school builds. eric is a crazy guy. he is my inspiration behind the stroker. i dont any of you to get the wrong idea and think is some guy who hit it big. i work just like the rest of you. a project like this is desired by my heart but feared by my pocket. when i do do it its going to set me back a real long time.
then there are 4runner, chris (cocoa), i like allens car from canada. chris (our own) has come a long way, kumar is a no sho but good things take time. it just seems like people are busy. i remember chris asking me back 5 years ago to check out my h22 set-up. thats when he had his first cl. i mean thats dedication. he bought another one and now has a h23. props. we need to make this happen. it wont be huge but strong.

^^^agreed.
klepto's car inspired me for a little until i got an imagination of my own. and pretty much you and shaun inspired me to finally go H22.

What are you converting Matt? Still doing the brakes swap?
I agree with you guys on exciting builds, there's just none of them anymore except for us east coast dudes, and we're few and far between. I remember 1st seeing ur car Arber lol i was amazed. Seeing Shaun and Matt's swapped CL's were just icing on the cake, i knew i had to make some steps of my own lol. And the dude from florida with a silver H22 turbo CL back in the day on azine, d98turbo or something was his username, that and 4runner too, those guys had some nice builds. Alot of people come and go which is sad to see, but it makes our builds even more unique i think.
My goal is to one day get a magazine to do some sort of feature on CL's, whether it be mine or submitting a group of us to do a feature (which i'd like better), one day it'll happen!
I also agree with the stickers to dedicated CL'ers Arber, few and far between but when we go with it we go pretty far. Even matt who's always about to sell it always comes back with some new **** LOL.

man as much as i hate it ill have this car until the day i make real money, and even then i might keep it. well i keep moving forward and forward with my NYPD process so maybe ill be seeing you guys more than usual. even though my goal is north shore staten island. even though they'd probaly stick me in east new york or flatbush.
im glad ur there to stay for a while. just make sure you stay long enough at hondai glad ur there to stay for a while. milk it. as far as flatbush, ull be closer to us lol
theres many coming up chris.
so im torn in between just doing a 98-99 CL front brake conversion or spending the extra cash for a 5 lug swap. i just researched the hell out of the 5 lug swap and its truly awesome.

U know what i say matt, **** it, go all out lol. Nah, at this time you should probably do whats more economically feasible. cuz if i went all out i'd probably have to sell a kidney or something LOL.
wattup guys havent been on ht for a while aha. so as of now im just going to throw on my s techs and start saving for something big either h swap or f boost idk yet i already have about 600 saved up i got a long way to go.
oh yea and i liek the 1st cl pic design for the sticker its simple and to the point. we cud even do that i heart my cl and have the pic of the cl in place of "cl" like those i heart my eg stickers.
