Havent seen a squad for the AP1s or AP2s so I figured I'd jump on the chance to create one. In this thread we will keep up with members, discuss meets, and talk about whats going on with our AP1s and AP2s.

If I can get at least 50 members Ill have stickers made and we can go from there..Pretty excited about this so here goes

Sounds killer how long before its up and running? I have just recently started tossing around the idea of boosting mine as well. Been looking at the Inline Pro kit.

Had Comptech Intake, Berk Header, ap2 front bumper and lip, ap2 tails, Tien springs, koni yellow shocks, and some other things I'm sure.

Right now I am in the middle of boosting mine.

i am mostly stock. buddy club n+ coil overs, test pipe, comptech air box, cusco carbon fiber strut bar, carbon fiber cooling plate. NRG hood struts, clutch master stage 2 clutch

soon 17" RPF1, BYS rear spoiler and blue soft top

 

3 months! a lot of stuff is being custom made and we are waiting on the motor that is getting shipped out this week. Im doing a few other little things, I learned my lesson about doing it right the first time.

you're gonna love boost!!! Its a whole new car.

 

So what happened the first time? I am thinking of going boost and I dont want to mess up and end up buying a new motor lol

learn as much as you can and pick a shop you know does good work. I didnt know much about EMS units and piggy backs and the shop was telling me they would tune my car on a AFC Neo! The compression on the motor ended up being shot and the turbo was getting to much oil so it blew. I was using AEM EMS but im switching to Kpro now so I can pass emissions and have check engine lights again.

 

KPRO was what I was gonna go with as well for that same reason.

 

I love the fact that the cars taken apart and theres some beer. Could tell it was a fun night lol

 

Yeah I researched a lot about the car before pulling the trigger and ordering a bunch of parts. Talked to my tuner a lot and he loves the AEM EMS and is comfortable with it. He's building his s2k right now as well and just made 650rwhp and it was breaking up top. K-pro is def awesome but MN has no emmission haha

Can't have both expensive parts and beer, so had to get cheap beer since the economy is bad lol.

I'm in too. 2002 sebring, don't mind the 4x4 status. Hardtop and coilovers are in the works but so far I've added a K&N fipk, invidia single exhaust with a berk 70mm test pipe, SOS hood dampers, and 17x8/9 rpf1's
