I don't think they should necessarily go back to fix it tickets, just let smog stations do more than just strap a car to the rollers.. atleast this way you can distinguish a good smog shop from a bad one and boost the economy by allowing private businesses to take over that part of the program.

lol bet your right.. if my plan does work out though, I'm keeping it until my truck levels off with its market value, then selling that... then shooting for a house, then buying another truck.

blue. it's hard to get a pic of it.. but look at the rear pillar and where the sun glares at the corner in the second pic. you could see it in person and still think it's black.
