and i need some opinions... i have been thinking of painting my hood like this, or going 2 tone.

thats one ugly *** bumper.

you can try using some vynil so you can see how it looks. And if you like it you can leave it, if you dont, then you just rip it off.

haha, it's not cool at all, but I paid $500 for it in that shape

btw, that's a big negative on the hood.

i know that bumper is ugly on that car i posted up there.... but you really dont like the hood idea? i didnt think it was too bad... just trying to stay a little different than the the other 10 white hatches i see in my 50 mile radius that i travel from home

if you like it, go for it...you're already in the squad! But on the right setup, I think it wouldn't look too bad. I'd probably never do it, lol, but it can still look clean

 

i just cant stop thinking about 2-tone though. trying to stay away from the 'ricer' black roof look, but keeping the clean look. i think if the white didnt actually go across the hood where it meets the bumper it would look better.

whats i've learned is you got to do whats going to make you happy and remember you built this car for you to look at.

why do you consider the "black roof look" ricer? so when you see some of the newer euro cars (i.e. benz/audi) with a black roof look out the factory, thats considered "ricer?"

AND.... the EH-3 has the black roof, and brotha, he aint no ricer yO!!

 

let me rephrase that.

the hondas I SEE that actually have a painted black roof are kitted, big wing, big chrome wheel sleds. so i guess where i am coming from, the roof gets associated with 'ricer'. i need to drive around with my camera in hand, if i could just show you some pics... you would understand.
