they're small variations of wheels taht are made because theres already so many wheels made, and so much design can be made for good looking wheels. Most wheels are rare because there wasn't alot of them made or they're hard to find now (usually competition/race wheels because the get beat on) or wheels that are pretty much ugly, and should stay rare. Think about it..i mean look at them spoon sw388's, you know that 5spoke design was made like 10+ years ago....but they just painted it black.

they're 800 wit the tires on them that need to be replaced. or 1100 with good tires with 80-90% tread

i just got some MINT si wheels for 175 with tires that got about 30% tread on them.
