Two weeks and I should have some updates

I finished my diy grill. I picked up another one from the junkyard. I think on this one, I'm going to cut out the honda emblem and put an Accord emblem.

 

Cut H, Accord emblem, and the mesh behind is where it's at

It's like the poor man's G-Square

 

That is the look I'm going for with the 2nd grill I picked up.

 

keep in mind this happend in december but pics are from Thrusday(day before yesterday)

The Story:

I was following my dad back to our shop. He was dead set on getting my 88 ls teg up there. We had went to my house and got it. On the way back we came to an intersection that you have to cross 2 lanes to go left. Well I remember stopping and watching my dad go through. I moved up and thats all i remember. I guess i started to cross and then bam. I didnt black out or lose consciousness, but i dont remember anything. My dad said that he looked back and I was getting ready to pull off and cross the 2 lanes and then he looked back again and I was sitting in the middle of the intersection. and I wasnt pullin off behind him. So he turns around and comesback to find me trying to pull myself out of the car. and yelling "get this goddamn door off me!"....then all I remember is waking up in the hospital.
This is the second time hes seen me hurt like this. I was hit by a car in the first grade at the bus stop, he was there to see that and then this happens.

Just picked this up yesterday. It's a '93 EX.

I'm now the third owner. The previous owner gave me a package of information, including the original owner's manual. I even still have the original window sticker. Very cool imo.

I plan for it to be a daily driver so I can keep my '98 Civic coupe in the garage. That's my boyfriend's '97 Civic hatch in the background. You can see my Civic barely peeking over the Accord's fender.

thanx man. i try with it. lol. i plan on redoing the paint this or next month tho. the paint is starting to chip in a few places because i didnt prep it right like i should have. but ill get it done soon tho. i got one recent pic i took. my car is IMMENSELY dirty. lol. i havent washed it like 2 weeks because of rain. but here it is:

Perfect. Even if it's dirty still looks great. I like the dash cover, does it match the interior? It looks like it does.

Wish you lived in Jersey, lol I would pay you to paint my car, or at least help me. I really do like how it looks.

 

naw. sadly the dash mat didnt work out too well. what you see now is the residue from the glue i used. lol. i need to sand it down and paint it like i did my 1st car. i had it looking like i had a OEM black dash.
