This piece is finally going to be reunited with my engine. The guy I bought my engine from is buying a stroked K20 block, and selling me the coil pack cover to appropriate funds for the block. He only had the coil pack cover on the car for 1 day while it was shot for Honda Tuning, and he is making me an amazing deal on it. More Mugen for me yippee!

Looks like a cut up stocker to me. Note where the supports were cut, and the fact you can see spot welds.

 

Here are some more pics of the Raceline ITR. Looks to be the stock hood in IMO.

^^ YES. Its the Gymkhana Spec for the B series and it can still be purchased brand new.

They have one for the b16, b18 and h22/23
but believe is only 4-1 for the b series

it's a fiberglass OEM style hood with a inverted vent towards the back for airflow when the car was b-series with ITB's.
