If you request a custom plate in person then they can deny your request on the spot and not even put it in. I know my old boss got denied "POOP CAR", and WEAK!eg got denied "BNIBHACH". If you order a plate online at the DMV's website, they will send it and then later you will get a notice saying it was inappropriate and needs to be sent back. I know a kid that got "NOFTCHKS" or something like that (no fat chicks) an had to send it back. I bet that's what happened with the "NGGA PLZ", he probably just had it long enough to take the picture.

they have started cracking down on it. they wont let me get a matching O0O0O0O or I1I1I1I or 1I1I1I1 for my car. kyle gave me the idea of WAWA TEA for the daily

I've seen people that have been "tuning" Hondas for over 10 years, and their cars still look like ****. That doesn't matter either.
