they were concept pictures from the Fit being displayed @ the Japanese Auto car show.
They might have just used those plates because they could fit all of that on there but not on any other style plates

Just odd that they'd use specifically the German plate, and not just a black "FIT" or "HONDA" or "MUGEN" plate.
