Mugen front lip (for JDM model, they don't have USDM available on king) $450
Mugen grill (same story) $318
Mugen side skirts $505
Mugen rear lip $450
Mugen wing $450
Mugen sport suspension kit $1100
Mugen Axle-back $790, I'll estimate the full cat-back at $1100
Mugen GP 18X7.5 $710 each $2840
Mugen 6 SPD shiftknob $99
Tires ~$400
Paint/labor for parts~$600
Grand total to turn your normal 4 door Si into a "mugen" car
$8312
So I actually think it's an even better deal than I thought...
</TD></TR></TABLE>
i'd rather buy it that way and save a bunch of cash. then i could do the better jdm/cdm front rear and look a ton better in my color of choice at that. plus the mugen wheels are on ebay for 1800

But this is a collectors car. Your regular base/SI 4 door wont be a collectors edition and wont hold value worth ****. I agree here if you "have" the money to drop it would be a good pick-up. I think it looks good.
PS the Civic RR looks better and if i had the money would pick it up in a heartbeat.

Anybody know what the engine bay looks like of that Mugen Civic? Maybe K-series VC?

Check out that suspension shot.

From what I understand it's exactly like any other Civic Si

If I had the money, i'd just buy the Mugen Si and let it sit. I know in 25 years that car is gonna be as collectable as a yenko or copo camaro today

No. If they had added any performance parts to it, they would have had to send cars in to be crash/smog tested by the GOVT. There is no way around that. With only 1000 units planned this would have been a huge $$$ loser at that point. It was much easier and cost effective to leave the powerplant alone. Same reason the S2K CR's engine remained the same as well.

Tires are more then 400 and paint and labor is Def. more then 600. I think it is safe to say all the 'mods" would cost about 9k all said and done with shipping of everything as well....**** is cumulative
