there was a guy named William in Houston who at one time ran Osaka's second location- he had that kit on his civic in late late 95?? his '96 hatch was the first I ever saw in Houston and with the paper plates it had that front and of course had the houston drop on it. If I had a scanner I would post some old old pics i have in storage.
