Didnt know that the mugen package brought the car down this much.... had a nice comparison chance the otherday at the bank..

I wasn't sure, but the recessed hub and Promoda centercaps screams "5-lug."

 

I'm 99.9% Regamasters were only 5 lug where EVOs are 4 and 5 lug.

Regamasters were available in 4 lug also. I've seen them in 14 and 17, I think.

This is what sizes Regamasters were sold in. I don't have the Evo sizing but Jeff(Spids5) does.

^yes, regamaster has the raised center hub area while regamaster evo has the flat center. The lips on EVO are also flat except on the 15 inch models.
