it is a plenum with what looks to be an inlet restrictor per the race series.

Ok, so I just got to Japan on Monday and this is the first Mugen I have seen. I will be stationed in Japan for the next 2 years so I will be posting as I see it.

Not sure if it was a new Odyssey or not. There are a ton of crazy Hondas here that I have never seen.

Honda makes a lot of different models for the Asian market and most if not all r supported by Mugen. You can see Honda's current line up and part offerings on Mugen Power homepage.
