Mugen Thread
I saw a couple similar threads when searching. I kept coming across people pointing others to the FAQs page. I wanted to see the Mugen vs stock or the larger comparison that I can't seem to find.
His point was that Alcon engineers designed this system specifically to take heat and abuse. On the street they will never see that, and perhaps lengthen your stopping distance, compared to stock with a good pad.
Some people think show cars that never drive are a shame. Some people think a type r that gets abused on track whos resale gets destroyed is a shame. Its all opinion

Anyone have the link to the ITR intake comparison chart? I thought it was in the ITR FAQ page (https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-type-r-8/faq-read-before-asking-question-766629/, but I can't seem to find it. I want to see the dyno comparison with the Mugen intake.
1. Mugen
2. Comptech
3. AEM
4. J's
I was just curious to see their gains for the entire powerband rather than just the peak gain. From reading all the posts I basically got that Mugen was #1 and Comptech was a close 2nd (and best bang for buck).

4x original "rear" faces turned into a modular 3 piece wheel making them wider, stronger, and lighter.
The rear pad has been shaved down for more lip and less weight.
17x9.75 / 17x8.25 +32 (sandwich mounted)
'4x original "rear" faces'..as in original 17x9s?
Perhaps u should not assume so much.

^agreed; since the spokes end on the outer lip, I think normal 40-50 offsets would look pretty concave.
