in order to get a RR front end to fit on a US civic you would need CTR fenders, CTR hood, CTR headlights or CSX headlights(which are different) and the RR bumper. they are not the same as the CSX, regardless of what your pics look like.
I see what you're saying, but the answer to dude's question is still YES.

A Mugen RR front end will bolt on to his USDM 4 door Si if he has the right parts. If he were to have the whole RR front end, he wouldn't have to worry about any of what you said.

Brice isnt understanding for whatever reason...the guy didnt say anything about will the bumper fit he said the front end...and yes with the right parts it will fit plenty of people have done the CTR front end swap on the new 4drs. And I dont care how you know really, thanks for the mis info though

i helped install the ctr front on this car

the difference between them is dramatic he is right you cannot mix and match anything except the hood and headlights.
the hood would look funny since it has a body line down the middle of it since it is an acura.
the headlights are interchangable. there are three styles of the jdm/cdm headlights which are: csx (chrome headlights with amber reflector 2 city lights) fd1 civic (slightly smoked 1 city light), and fd2 ctr (dark smoke 1 city light). they are all interchangeable this car has had the csx front end with csx lights and the csx front end with ctr headlights. my csx frontend has had all three.
the fenders are different lengths since the fd2 is 5mm wider upfront
the bumper sits different on the car as usual with a jdm front and requires either a smaller rebear or cut the corners off of it

the frontend on mine is the jdm model referred to as fd1 and in canada as the csx

I guess you like going through life being uninformed, yes techincally you can bolt an odyssey front end on your EP, not that it matters. I gave no wrong information and if the OP was more explicit in his question I wouldn't have to be so matter of fact. but look down below and you will see why. God you guys are ****** sometimes.

im just trying to pass correct info out there because my friend and i are having to go through trial and error. like my fd1 headlights use a 3496 blinker which i was not informed my stock 1157 is too big. its the right shape just too big like i need a smaller one of it...only one of the three headlights that does this. also the seller sent me a socket later that is unidentified that supposedly is what this headlight uses even though it takes a jumbo wedge bulb. which i guess is good since you cannot find a 3496 in amber. if fits the headlight but not my harness.

if anyone knows where i may get a harness that plugs into this white plug it is a 2 pin harness that plugs into the pins and surrounds the outside ring i will pay for it or if anyone knows where i can get a three pin parking light socket that is a 3496. right now i have a set of my factory 1157 sockets that i bought from the honda dealer and trimmed down the outside ring and it fits but will not lock. its that close to being the same size. my stock socket is the same as the 96- civic outside blinker

Whatever you say, dude.

The OP's question was pretty self explanatory. He asked:

And you said:

Sounds like you said that the RR front end will not fit on a USDM 4 door, when it clearly will. He didn't ask anything about using CSX parts, nor did he say anything about using CTR parts or mixing and matching the two. You just threw out a bunch of information that was mildly related to his question (that is true), but it doesn't negate the fact that telling him that the RR front DEFINITELY DOESN'T fit on a USDM 4 door is complete bullshit. How can you say that you gave out no wrong info, when you clearly did?
