Finished tearing down the motor. This weekend was the shortblock. Pics-












Problems I found-

Sheared keyway on crankshaft snout-



As you can see the crankshaft pulley sheared the key, and the snout is completely smooth. Only the timing belt gear seems to be reusable.

Below are pics of the main caps, they look good yeah?

 

I hope your not putting those Balance shafts back in

nothing... its just a janky F-series tranny.

no lol...maybe a mid to low 13....car feels fast, but not as fast as my bubble....what can i expect tho, i have bad comp in 3 cylinders

i got my cage painted and the block is sitting at the guys house who is assembling it. but other than that nope.
and im workin on notching the dash. but im not being very successful.

 

Anyone got a rear mount bracket from a 92-96 lude they can overnight me?

i have a question for you guys, im doing innovative mounts into my EG any bad or good things heard about these? and also can i use hasport axles on these mounts?

 

I've had experence with thease in a DA seemed nice to me, I like'd the bushings and about axels, why do you want HASport, just use 94+ teg...
