I got a friend that's into this craze. Was wondering what got everybody else into these bikes and not bmx or just mountain/trail bikes?

try riding a BMX bike for 20+ miles every day.

 

i raced BMX as a kid, then i rode street for years until my daughter was born. now that shes older and i have more time i have both a MTB and a fixed

i got tired of riding on rhett's pegs everywhere we went so I got my own bike

THE BMX was aimed more for the people into the trick side of the single gear bikes. Not the people that travel 20+ miles or looking to be lance armstrong.

 

I saw how popular I could get with one of these suckers, then BAM. I ride fixed.

speaking of, someone fed my sea monkeys after I have already fed them and in a few days they died.

 

damn nate u be finding all the deals. i remember when u refered me to that umezawa from reload. i tried buying it a week after u told me but it was already gone.

my friend said he got a fixed gear... and then busted out a unicycle. lol its pretty fun once u get a hang of it. after the fact u get over lookin like a fool on one of them haha
