Cool, just found this thread.

I've been riding fixed for almost two years now. It's fun and great for cadence but for the street I'm ready for something geared and more serious. Here are a few of mine. The black one is the newest and actually single speed.

I wish I could use the Look pedals with my shoes. I'm kinda stuck with spd's.

I upgraded from straps to the Crank Bros Egg beaters. I love them.

It's a 53 and I'm 5' 9. Although I do have to admit, my seat looks really high. The next size up is a 56, and I just clear the stand over height as is. I would have liked a tad bigger frame though

I'm 5'9" too. I end up on the tall side for most 53's but anything bigger than a 55 just doesn't work.

its on on your inseam. im 5'11" with a 31" inseam. i cant go any bigger then 55 but i looked cramped because of my elongated upper torso and gorilla arms. i have to compensate that with a 115mm stem

Yeah, I looked into it a great deal before I finally ordered the frame. I don't feel cramped at all nor do I get toe overlap like my buddy does on his bike.

What makes you say that? I'm interested to know if I'm not doing something correctly. Don't want to be killin myself on the bike.

Yeah, my saddle is a tad lower now but I never had problems with it or felt cramped though.
