Sup guys, I'm trying to install a EDM center console. For those who have them and installed a stereo head unit in it, how did u got it flushed. I tried to do it but it seems like there's not enuff room behind the console to make flush. Please lmk. Thanks in advance.

I so wish I had 15s sometimes. They just look more appropriate on our cars and the tires are way cheaper too.

Thanks, thought it came out pretty good. 20 second shutter and an LED shop light. I pushed the button on the camera, walked around the back of the car slowly with the light and then set the light down on the ground and walked away.

I didn't say I'd sell my 16s, just said SOMETIMES I wish I had 15s haha.

 

Lol just buy 15'' white slips and call it good, then you'll have the best of both worlds even though they are fake, just get a decent offset and you are good. :D I have RS's and I still want a set of slips lol...

 

Some 15x8 flat black shitstreams would be nice to have as beater wheels. No $$$ though....

I had to to fit the 949s a little bit. Had my friend come over and do it, turned out nice, granted I really didn't care since rusty quarters need replaced anyways. But really turned out good. Get creative and confident and DIY.

 

My 12lb flywheel is awesome, it feels soooo nice to drive, with a fresh exedy clutch. Everything is working together nicely now, the itr linkage, shifter, 12lb flywheel, es bushing (might put the itr in to see the difference, the es is a bit hard), plus the short gears and lsd make it fun..

 

That's what I'm looking for, I'm trying to get rid of my BBS lol.

I do miss driving, however, I think I'm due for a rebuild soon. I justt changed my oil 2000 miles ago (give or take), and I'm almost bone dry. To the point where my vtec had trouble engaging. I knew it burned some oil at hitgher rpm, but I rarely drive hard. I had no idea that in less then 2000 miles this motor would be that low. Stupid rings!

 

So its been almost a year since I have taken my hatch out to drive it, been starting it etc. regularly though.

Changed the fluids and did some regular maintenance on it today and took it out for a drive. Got on it really hard in 1st, 2nd and 3rd and saw a bunch of smoke in the rear view mirror......I was like WTF is wrong with my car?? it took me like 10 minutes to realize it was from the tires haha

Definatly been driving my CR-V waaaaay to much
