my only gripe is that they're held onto the bottom of the seat with 4 bolts instead of the stock 6. i also find that they 'move' a little bit even when they're locked in (slider position)...very minimal, but it's there.
So I bought some bumper plugs and I guess I need a bracket to install it. Is #5 what I need?

took me a bit to get used to cuz i find they sit LOW! luckily, i have an Si with tilt-steering column so i could adjust the wheel down a bit (didn't want to look like a bus driver).

Weird... Well I appreciate the information man, I'm gonna pass that on to my friend... I like the height with the factory rails... I dont think I would Like sitting really low.
Here's My friends Hatch (6Spd_Ej6) he is the one that wants the Low Seat rails...

I have the Vision rails on my Recaros also. I have never noticed mine moving any though, I'll pay more attention when I drive my car again. I really like the rails so far, I've had them in my car for about 3 years now and no problems. I always have liked my cars to have a low seat. If I remember right, the Vision rails will lower the seat about 50mm (1.968").

but yes, i think you're correct that it's about 50mm lower. took me some getting used to cuz i'm 5'10" and feel like a bit of a midget in my EG now...hahaha, i can barely see the windshield squirters over the wipers now and my seat is pretty upright (i love the micro-adjust feature btw).
Ah VTEC - i'll snap some shots of the rails in my car if you want
hope your buddy gets them soon as Vision is pulling out of North America! i bought the rails and a set of mirrors from them while i could!

the movement is very minimal, like fore-aft movement of maybe a 2-4mm? it just didn't seem as tight as the OEM rail felt once it's locked into place for some reason.

lol, you arent kidding. Im 6'3" and when im in my hatch I dont feel like it. And every other vehicle seems bigger than mine. My friends clown me when I hop out and they wonder how cramped it is. My cousin is 6'7" 340lbs and he rides in my **** with a lot of space.
Hatches have a lot of room if you think about it, they really are comfortable cars. **** most people look at them as such small cars not knowing you can fit ALOT of stuff in there.
Yea Man... I had a good bit of money left over after I sold my Volks and Enkeis (even after I bought the 5 Lug) so I bought something I've wanted for a while now... I'm tired of buying wheels so I decided to get the seats I've always wanted... I'll get wheels on down the road but right now I enjoy not giving a **** about my beat up ITR Wheels... When I had my volks and enkeis I was always paranoid that they were gonna get ****ed up.
HaHa.. Not gonna sell em man, I like them too much... I'll hit you up this weekend bud.
HAHA... Well I dont have a job right now, but stockpiled a little lump sum when I did work... I bought enkeis and Volks within 6 months and just sold both sets to get the 5 lug so I was back to having a tiny lump sum again.
You aint kidding, my friends look at it and Im like, go in the back and check it out, theyre like no thanks. Then I insist and they sit and theyre like.. okay okay, this isnt so bad. In fact not bad at all wow! Plenty headroom, plenty legroom and plenty width and theres space for your shoulders on the speakers.
The day I moved I managed to fit everything in there with the exception of the bed,tv and the desk. I made 1 trip and fit in all the stuff in there. Including my 20'' mountain bike lolz.
Uh, you guys are crazy? The front has a lot of room, but the backs of EG's are cramped as hell!
It is true you can fit a metric ****-tonne of stuff in there because of the nice way the interior is designed though. Even better with JDM interior.

The back does feel cramped but its not, maybe with 3 pple but not with 2. Headroom is usually fine for most pple but maybe the taller guys will suffer. Leg room is ample, unless the person in front wants to be lazy and have the seat back.
Having ridden in the back of an EG with two normal sized people up front for 5 hrs, I can honestly tell you it sucks complete *** and is very cramped. Leg room is NOT ample. I'm 5'10, so it's not like I'm some basketball player or something. People in front were not reclining the seat excessively either. Head room was fine, leg room was ****.
Whats the longest trip you've taken in the back of an EG?

Oh I guess I was wrong lol, the only seat I've riden in was driver and passenger, never in the back. Im 5'11 but when I seat in the back its not so bad but since I havent been in it for a trip, I wouldnt know.
