Thanks! The intercooler is staying where it is, I cant stand that whole "Oh boy, its got an intercooler! Pop the hood lets see that turbo!" I like keeping things hidden. Also, Ive made up an air diverting system that will keep her plenty cool (not that she really gets hot as it is) My temps stay at very nice levels, motor is plenty cooled. But, the air diversion I am making for it, I took the bottom half of a stock airbox (which just so happend to be the same area size as the fins on the IC) Cut the bottom half out of it, fiberglassed the bottom closed, cut a hole in the side, and ran some stock intake arms through the hole into the fenderwell, and made an airduct for my lip, which will bring plenty of air to the intercooler, and still keep me stealthy. So for those concerned about the IC not getting enough air, its fine now, and will be getting that extra air when I install the air duct after winter.
I thought the plug cover would help clean things up in the bay. I hate that the OBD2 LS valve covers and B20 valve covers werent made with one, and I love the way they look on Vtec VC's, so I bought one from b18ctrb and went to work. Only took a couple of hours (mainly just waiting for stuff to dry) I think Im gunna get another one though and extend it to run towards the dizzy a couple of inches more. Thanks for the comments! Hopefully I can get her painted in the early spring!
for winter being here and me being out of the game for a few months!

That's what I thought it was! I had a 02-04 RSX-S muffler on my old H22A BB4, it sounded so nice, I'm sure it's the same straight through perforated core design. They sound bAd.
