About the service: well, I live in Brazil and could definitely do that for you, but we live so far that the shipping (importing + exporting) would take about 90 days =/
just a thought, why not just get him to send you the 3 trim rings and do the LED stripping yourself of just change the bulbs to LED ones, its so easy

still putting my interior in, wiring and such, but I haven't seen many other people put rings around the gauges, I did mine about 6 years ago. I converted the climate control lights to LED too, since the original bulbs are made out of unobtanium. 
I just soldered the LEDS across where the bulbs go, ground a spot out of the circuit board trace, and soldered the resistors across that

Hopefully picking up another EG hatch this week.
