haha. Right now, on my daily sedan with Si wheels, I'm running 195/60s. hahaha. Way too big, but I had a real good deal on them. So, I couldn't pass it up.

 

took some pics of my hatch today next up is probably SiR rep lip and spoon mirrors.. still have to send my ECU to phearable to get chipped though.

 

what side moldings are those? is the car a cx/vx?

 

I started pulling my car apart to do the headgasket and figured out the coolant that I thought was coming out of the head/block was actually leaking out of a tiny hole in my brand new heater hoses.... I fixed the leak and now everything is good to go. I drove it for the first time in 4 months around my neighborhood yesterday and after I bleed the brakes tomorrow I'll take it out for a real test drive. IFO is sunday, so first show with the new motor/refresh. Getting so close is making me like a little kid on Christmas and the car keeps reminding me why I continue to enjoy this hobby so much.

 

Nice work! Glad it wasn't a blown headgasket.

Dude...they painted everything! The grill...the windshield squirters...the side skirts...but skipped the chipped up mirrors and door handles?!?!?

Finally got my car on the road Saturday night and won "Best Engine Bay" at IFO Sunday. The car is intermittently breaking up though and think the coil in the dizzy might be going bad or something, not sure....





I know I need a swaybar, but it's plenty fun without it....

i wanted the grill painted and the side skirts were only painted cos they looked shitty before. i was saving money by telling them to not reblack the mirrors and door handles cos i can do that myselffff. :D
