nice paint, I don't think it's stock...thats like super red! I think why some of the guys here are not diggin the car is because it's not as slammed. i think it would look great when dumped.

nah, everyone has a different view and taste. when i looked at the car, I was like:

Has some Nice JDM Goodies
White RNRs
Super Red paint with JDM OEM theme? doesn't look right.

If the car has a J's Lip, dumped a little lower, maybe some side skirts. Then the look will match the super hot paint. It's like an eccentric color but on a stock car. I know what u mean 4thGenCafe

how much? i think its cuz i have 91 suspension on my 88, cuz my black hatch seemed to sit lower. is this true?

haha who me? anyways, i think the suspension heights should be the same for 88 compared to 91. what kind of rear control arms are you using? also, has the springs been broken in?

 

i drove my tein/tokico blues for 1000+ miles before swapping them into my 88, i also used the 91 rear LCAs for the 88 because the suspension wuldnt mount correctly on the 88 LCAs

 

how did the springs look on ur 91? any difference? if not, it could be the springs. also, what size are your wheels and tires?

 

15s on 205s, and it seemed to sit almost an inch lower on my 91. but i havent driven the 88 yet....so it might come down a lil, i hope.

I bought this car stock back in 2002 from a girl. Within a week I had the EF9 front and rear bumper and wing shortly after. I then ordered a front clip with a B16A in late 2002
The paint is Milano Red from 00' civic SI. I had the car reprayed back in early 2003. Since then the only real changes have been the engine and the wheels. I used to have the black and red Rota Group N's but got rid of them for some real RnR's. I'm currently looking for a nice set of MR5's with all caps.

I understand that some think it would look better with a lip or in a different color or lower ect. The fact is when I built this car I wanted it to look as factory as possible. I never played into the whole lip thing and the only reason I rock the White RnR's is because they are rare and I got lucky.
The funny thing is I don't even like red but I love my color
It has been my daily driver up until now. It just sits in a garage and waits for spring/summer
