ive officially been stumped by my EF wiring....so i brought in a guy who owns an import/audio shop and hes helpin me out. now aall the wiring works! now all i need to do is get it to fire. i dont know why it wont. i have spark, i have gas, it cranks....no rompety romp

any ideas?

i had 2 main relays and tried em both. fuel pump goes, and elec. check says it passes....im stumped....imma have my buddy from the honda dealer check it out
