wait, are you guys referring to me? if so, my pics still work on my computer. and btw, they are pictures of brand new honda seat belts and buckles for my 89 crx si.
correct! if your Honda is a clean title car they will warranty you new seat belts if they are defective (not retracting or buckle does not click). they will need your mileage, vin, and owner name & address.
How i got them home? well at first, i originally went to Honda and asked them about how do i go about getting my seat belts warrantied. Sure enough, one of the tech guys scared me with their "if we find the problem to not be our(Honda) fault, we shall charge you a diagnose fee. Some times little pieces of glass or plastic can get stuck with the belts causing them to not retract correctly". that sure enough got me thinking twice about trying to get my seat belts.
After explaining my day at Honda to my brother in law, he said he will just issue me the belts and buckle for the warranty and told me to just put the old ones back in the box and he will return them back. (brother in law works at Honda)

I'm running Function and Form Type ones and I love 'em. I'm always getting comments on how sturdy my suspension feels. When I first put them on I lowered them all the way, and the back was significantly lower than the front. Like a little over an inch lower. But I leveled them out, and it was beneficial in the long run, because I'm satisfied with my dumped-ness and don't scrape everywhere. I definitely think you get more than what you pay for, seeing as though they are fairly cheap.

i got rid of it last summer, basically got fed up with working on a **** shell, it was rotting. I sold everything, and i mean everything, just to end up buying another hatch couple of months later and starting from scratch. Its pretty clean and cheap, fully loaded so i had to pick it up. Putting the finishing touches on hopefully on the road next week or so, ill have a pic soon.
