This Intake should fit my car correct or does having the B16 in it make it sit farther back and make the stupid stock battery in the way

THE SOHC INTAKE WILL FIT
YOU JUST NEED A BIGGER INTAKE CUPLING TO CONNECT TO THE THROTTLE BODY ITSELF
AND RELOCATE YOUR BATTERY OR YOU'LL DIE

I was kidding!

But I really had my intake touch the frame and + batt terminal at the same time. Wasn't too fun. And I have had my car catch fire before. Fire started right by the fuel filter I coulda been a goner. Its no joke

Story? Car fires trip me out . Definitely going to invest in a small fire extinguisher and mount it to the pass-side floor before I drive my car again. Especially after all of the AN fittings...I have been seriously considering reverting the fuel system back to stock.

What happened was, I unbolted my fuel filter to see if it made a difference in my bay and I forgot to secure it to something. It touched my starter wire(the main wire) which was also exposed and one of my brake lines. My catch can was sitting there right next to the filter and one of the hoses was touching said brakeline. The hose heated up to the point it caught fire, while my brake line burst! I was test driving my car because I had recently changed my trans out. I smelled a funny smell followed by smoke, and went to stop to check it out. Of course my brakes didn't work because my line had burst. I almost rear ended a small pick up truck. Luckily I wasn't going very fast and used my ebrake to stop. When I popped the hood I saw a small fire about the size of a softball, right next to my fuel filter! I put it out by blowing it out with my good 'ole lungs, while inhaling a good amount of the smoke lol. It was pretty trippy!

Looks nice. The spoiler makes the ef look like a toy car though. Almost like a penny racer
