Well these Bosch have the whole oem harness and swithch on them.....

 

i dont know about that one i just know they are a option

 

BOSCH is not factory OEM Honda Optional or a Honda Access part.
The BOSCH ones just so happen to be the same size as the Honda Optional Stanley fogs but they do come as a Option at Honda Japan

 

Here are pictures of Bot Optional fogs Yellow and White

they come in different sizes one being more retangle for the CR-X. But only made by Stanley

 

when i checked my bumper on the back before i put my stanley fogs in it had a cut out for Bosch and stanley which leads me to belive that Bosch is a option on my 1st gen teg Bosch was the factory fog light

It has Bosch printed out on the underbelly of the bumper??
or are you saying it had to layout cuts lines??

Damn these fogs are nice...where can i get a set like these for my 91dx. mines are cracked and have been looking for dem forawhile. or are they discontinued....

Last time I checked at Honda the white ones can still be had...they do not sell the Lamps and Brackets together for some reason though and the price was like $250. It depends on who you know and ask. A lot of time they say they do not have something in stock. There are a couple of people that work for Honda on H-T and you can ask them to do a state wide search and they'll be able to locate the honda that does have them. If you look close enough you can get the part number.
The white fogs are are exactly the same as the prelude figs they just have different backings but I believe are the same part number. i gotta double check on that though. Same size, shape and diamter too

I was saying that I found a way to fix my broken one with the face plate out of a 4 door ef. I cut out the center peice with a dremel and glued it on.

Yea but I had a four door and this fixed it for free in about ten minutes.

 

yea Vega i will take pictures of the back of the wagon bumper i think its pretty cool that there were 2 options

No to doubt but I need to check on that to make sure the were offered as a actual option at Honda.
I mean if you walk into any Honda Dealer store they also sell aftermarket stuff. But wether or not it was offered Bosch foglights as a Factory Honda Access Option is the thing I question.
All my lights say Stanley on them

As far as a Acura goes...I dunno. But I know my neither my 88-89, 90-91 or SiR front bumper had any cut out that said Bosch on it. My only guess would be that if you walked into Honda when you first purchased a Civic back in the late 80s early 90s and wanted Optional Honda Access Stanley Fogs and they just so happen to be out of stock for the moment. The probably offered those Bosch ones as a replacement because they were the same size as the Stanley made ones. The reason I say this is because if you look at any of your light lenses that more then likely say Stanley on them which means they came direct from HONDA anything different would have just been a Aftermaket replacement or just an aftermarket part. Just like with the Clear or Smoked Rear fog lights. Those are Aftermarket replacements and not Honda Access Optional which is why they do not say Stanley on them. Depo or whatever also makes side markers for Hondas...but they are not Honda Access Optional Parts...just aftermarket replacements that resemble the Honda Part
