I understand Primer does not make a car ugly but its how you go about primering it that does.
If you have lighter patches here and there and then darker patches other places, over spray, some pieces primered and other not then it just makes it look messy. I have no issues rollin primer just clean it up. I use to roll primer back in the day but I made sure it was all straight primer and evenly sanded

my car is a black primer mixed with satin black toner....and i know it isnt the greatest. it is all one shade of black tho in my opinion its always been about attitudes. no one wants to hang out with jerks

I think you guys are misreading what I meant. You can clearly see I said "I don't mean to be a dick". In fact, I'm all about unity in the EF community, however; undermining your camaraderie in hopes of making an opposing "force" isn't an attitude thats welcome in this thread.

It doesn't matter how much money you put in to parts on your car but about presentation you know. You can spend $50 on some rims and rock them like you paid $500 but you have to present them that way. If you like the way you car looks by all means atleast clean it up.


you SiR are acting like a sheep. Whatever EF Squad Duff was running Duff no longer runs. Duff doesn't even own a EF anymore so following someone who no longer owns a car to a crew he started is like is like following Oh Samma Ben Laden.
We gave you "buts" like everyone else. I even give suggestion to Mastershake along with everyone else. Sorry I have a hard time making my words sound pretty to caiter to peoples feelings but I'm about the realest person there is. I'm here to help as I can and pass along the information that I know to help anyone come up and make their car like they want it. I have even passed along some of my secrets that no one knows about to other sQaud members (via PM )to help them.
I fully understand about your car being your "art"...**** you have seen my car. Its about as Artsy as you can get and has my own style. I get PM's from some of the Veteran EF members telling me "yeah man your car looks nice but you should do this to make it cleaner" I don't take it as they are bashing my car but rather helping me out on something I may have over looked. Like realigning my rear bumper and front bumper. As much I hate people telling me I need to do it I know it needs to be done. But I don't get all Irate with then tell me. Thats exactly what I was trying to do. I probably told you some stuff that you already know you need to fix and you probably didn't like other people pointing it out. But why get mad about the truth you know.

And from reading your comments you kinda seem to be on the fence. At one point you say I'm going to paint my car and get a Turbo and maybe I'll be worthy and then right after that you say I'm just going to keep the sticker Duff gave us.

If you want to run with the new sQaud
If you don't want to run with the new sQaud
but don't come in here throwing comments in our face like the old sQaud is better then this sQaud so I'm going to keep my old sticker.

Wow take a deep breath homie........this ish was dropped along time ago.....now your just the one thats blowin this **** out of proportion.....and nobody is following a crew with Duffman *** the leader ,thats just the crew he started and some of the old members decided to keep it alive,I mean some of the old members read this thread and didnt even bother on posting on here they just asked me if we wanted to keep the old one alive........and like i said i take criticism in a positive way....so i guess you really need to check my post and read it more clear....i actually appriciate the feedback and pointers i get,if i wouldnt...then i would just stay of this ****.....but the thing that drove me off was ...i guess the fact that maybe just my crummy primer job slowed my process down,and having more JDm parts then some that slid in this ish faster that a pickle in a hookers lubed up vagina...but i aint trying to shine or put anyone down by that but i feel thats all i was being judged by just my paint and not all the other ish i had on my ride..........But please just get over this **** and drop it cause now its just getting plain annoying

and I could really care less how many "JDM" parts anyone on the crew has. But if they are all three different colors with a hell of a lot of dings. Chances are slim none. Its all about presentation

i am no EF Squad originator, and nor did i or will i ever make myself out to be...all i did was have a group of close-knit friends that drove the same generation cars that I did, enjoyed the same type of lifestyle, hung out outside of the car thing, went to meets together...the EF Squad that i "ran" if u wanna put it wasnt about the cars, it was about being friends and enjoying what we had/have a passion for

Everyone has to move on from something, a lot of us moved on from our EFs...just like the original EF squad, cuz honestly, u cant drive a 16+ year old car for the rest of ur life, all of us still hang out...we all still are into the Honda Scene...and its funny that something was said along the lines of "dont come in here trying to make urself seem better then us" but yet when i read through the pages of this thread, thats basically what im seeing...a bunch of ppl who think they're better then everyone else just becuz either:
1. they're the shot caller as to who gets in
2. they think they're some sort of SUPER HONDA ENTHUSIAST just becuz they drive an EF

more power to u for doing ur own thing...if Eddie (japslut) and Marcus and other ppl wanna keep their old stickers that i had made...then thats fine with me, i support them with wutever they wanna do...

1. no one is callin shot. Its a "group" thing
2. If you happen to know a lot of info about a specific year car then by all means share that information.

If you choose to move on from an EF that is by choice. You can drive whatever car you want for however you want as long as you want.

 

like i said...these were my observations...and there's a difference in sharing information that you know about something, and coming off as cocky when knowing information about something...
