hey you guys, whats up, im Colin, im the newest member of the squad I guess. This is my daily, its a '90 wago', it currently has a built GSR motor in it, it is member " 1qwikef's " old wagon. I plan on making it quite fast again, not sure how soon though, as I mentioned this is my daily, and my real project is my EK that ive been building the past 12 months or so... I have a feeling the motor in the car isnt 100% though and I may have a new heart for its near future, and if I do change the motor it will be for a K for sure like in my EK. im sure i'll have questions for you guys soon enough. I already know the car needs a steering rack, was gonna ask you guys if you knew which racks I can use...do all manual EF's racks work?

here are some pics by a fellow 4F member, the famous .Kyle...

(and yes I know it needs to be lower, the struts are blown...)

talk to you guys soon, lookin foward to getting to know you guys

thanks man, im glad to have joined

thanks for the nice comments too you guys, I appreciate it.

I am actually looking to get new wheels for it, have my eye on a couple sets, one in particular, hopefully I can get em next week.

As for pics of my Ek, i'll have 'em up tomorrow, I am not on my computer right now.

can anyone help me with a couple of my questions though...

-can any manual EF rack work in the wagon? do DA racks work? same goes for the subframe? anyone know?

-are coilovers the same for these as for EF's?

-who has ventshades!??!?!?! what kind? where can I get them! tell me!! lol

I know I have more, I just cant remember them. i'll check in tomorrow. peace fellas

steering rack is the same for 2wd wagons as ef civic/crx. as for coilovers all ef setups work. if you want it slammed your going to have to use either modified oem tophats or groundcontrol.

also forgot to add that the rear subframe on the wagon is designed better then all the other ef's. the design acts like a lower tie-bar. as for vent shades. uber hard to find. most of the guys use themfom the beagle or shuttle (jdm, edm wagon) or you can special order them from honda

Suspension components could be the top most popular investmenst for these wagons. Save up some extra money and go with the good stuff....... Skunk2 Pro-S, Koni/GC

I dunno when i'll have it done, school full time, no job, and the way the economy is right now have all slowed me down. If you guys wanna see more of it, you can check out my build thread, its like 100 some pages long so far. I have changed things over and over but I am now set on what I want. heres a link...

about the visors.. they do sell them.. just have to look for them on ebay n such.. it's kinda rare but they pop up every now and again. and yes i've heard people using visors from the accord.. not sure what type of modification they do though.

do what i do. open a savings account & put in a little bit at a time. over time the money you do put in there will gain interest. so if it takes you a year or so the interest will add up. just remember not to touch the money til your ready.

colin sticker went out today
