winterforce are cheap and good in mud and snow. but not so much on ice. a lot of us rally-x-ers use winterforce or nokian in dirt, but i use blizzaks on ice. the compound is so soft it has amazing grip.

if you are going to go rally style, i would pick those up, they should last two or three seasons at least. (and who cares if they dont, they are $38 a piece!)

if you want to go out in the snow tonight call me, ill be out around 8 or 9.

I was feelin left out with all the snow pics, but we finally got snow in vancouver, probably won't last more then a week tho.

I learned to drive with summer sport tires in yukon winters (can be -50C sometimes)... so I've never really felt the need for snow tires...or winter wheels.

enjoy the snow while it lasts

looks good. move to wisconsin. in the northern part of the state a average snow storm will dump 10+ inches. in the south we just get 3inches everyother day until spring

yeah I really don't know why people in vancouver bother with snow tires.... there's snow on the ground for only 2-3 weeks max a year. For the price of snow tires you could take a cab to work for those days and still save money.

I was just looking into new suspension as well. Quick question, should I pick my setup made for the DA or EF? I've heard to get a DA setup because its made for a heavier chassis....

yes its true they are valved to a heavier vehicle but are longer. so if you want to slam it your rear struts will be bottuming out.
