ahhh now it all makes sense why u would bring a non running car from the opposite coast (check the name of this thread?) into this thread to poke fun at some1 else who probably actually used his OWN money to build his car. .A+ for effort but if u kept up with ur fanboy-o-logy or swingfest whatever u prefer, u would've known that it blew after eibach. I suggest stalking his threads a bit more. 
He might be pretty sponsored right now but he wasn't back in the day when he first built it.
Either way, when he was boosted in 06 he threw a rod after leaving a meet and that was the last time it was driven. He ditched the turbo setup and went NA and brought it to Eibach in a trailer. A few days later the motor was fired up and put on the dyno and the valves hit the piston on the dyno and that was that.

If our cars aren't done, we don't trailer them to a meet halfway done. I could maybe understand being able to drive it but choosing not to, but it must drive off the trailer, but a car that wont even run because your shop couldn't finish it in time? BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Sponsors require that you attend events. That's one of the biggest events of the year so I'm sure there would have been alot of pissed off people if he didn't make it.

So what are sponsors for then? They can't get your car running but they can give you a bunch of mad JDM parts. Yeah, people have their priorities straight.

Thanks this shot was actually taken in a rush and yes red light is funny i am gonna reshoot car once its done in 2011.

What are you talking about research lol =] If you were to go to his thread you would see that I have at least 10 posts there. I was up to date with everything as it happened.
