Watch your skies and lighting Ian, skies are blown out in those pictures. Especially that alley one.

The last two are chopped, intentionally blown out. I wasn't sure how to handle the alley without underexposing the car though. I kinda like the look regardless. Here's another one:

I guess what I'm wondering is: Is there a way to avoid over exposing the sky when using auto mode? I haven't figured out the focusing in manual yet...as far as what settings to use to get them as crisp as the auto settings.

For instance, Kurt, this shot was straight into the sun in auto/no flash mode. Doesn't look blown out. Is it mainly just angling or what?

Yeah, I'm thinking anything between 3-400 is normal at this point...except for "assword:we don't give a **** about our customers" and jhp which I believe sell them new(if not they are severely over priced)

Buy sunglasses... it's cheaper. And guess what? You have protection from the sun even when you're not your car!!! Isn't that amazing?

I must be the only person who doesn't like JDM sunvisors.

BTW Justin, welcome to the cluster ring club!

true, but for most of us here in the fubard US the visor conversion serves as a functional upgrade and offers the best kind of weight reduction(one that will lower the center of gravity)

besides 2 kinds of protection is better than one...after all you wouldn't just make sure your girl was on the pill, or just make sure to wear a condom would you???
