I just ordered my hitch mount rack today... Should be in by the weekend, and I will be chopping it down to look a little better fitting on a sol I'll post pictures when its done!

this is my ultra stock car.. except for a ghetto ebay exhaust and an aem intake.. and headers..

but that's why i need a freaken door and fender for my driver's side!!!!!

Anyone have any problems with these one piece aftermarket headlights? I want to get a set but cant decide on the one peice or the two peice with the amber corner lenses. Like the ones here http://www.xtralights.com/delsol_1.aspx

 

my sol came with aftermarket 1 pieces when i got it, they were absolutely terrible, the light went straight up in the air, not forward

 

the aftermarket one piece headlights are good for looks, but the lighting does suck.. it goes everywhere but straight forward. and when you try to adjust it, it does not help. i think the only way to fix it is to do a retro fit. thats what im doing as soon as i find some bixenon projectors..

 

Very pricey... If ur wellin to spend that much it's worth it... Cuz things like that comes once n a blue moon...

 

For what you're getting that a steal. That being said, not everyone has that much to throw down.

 

They make a BIG difference for me. OEM lights barely disperse light, when i installed these i could see 100x better. Get em off ebay for 116 shipped.

Get the one piece. Sometimes the two piece is hard to make look flush. One part might stick out more than the other and just make it look fugly. As for the lighting output, it isn't the best, but they look nice compared to stock headlights.

Haha I thought I was the only one. I was trying to adjust mines a week or two ago and it seems like the light would go everywhere else but straight forward. I was going to put HID's in mine, but if the halogen bulb can't even focus forward I could imagine how the HID's would look. I'm going to retrofit mines soon.

It seems as there are many mixed reviews about these. Im more of a function over fashion guy. i figured without the fluted lenses that it would provide better than stock light? going from my TSX with HIDs i just want something as good as possible. maybe ill keep it stock with amber corners. Anyone have a pic of a black sol with the amber corners and black housing light?
