hey team. was wondering if anyone knows if it isi legal to to have an aftermarket steering wheel with no airbag in it? i've always seen ppl with their aftermarket steering wheels and stuff, but does it void anything? This is more directed at my BC peeps. i just want to know cuz i bought my car with an aftermarket steering wheel and am thinking about putting the stock one with airbag back in just for safety and since i have it.

 

Sorry, i just noticed you guys asked for this information multiple times and i ignored it lol.

 

If you get into an accident, ICBC will void your insurance and you won't be covered cause you took out a safety device.

I finally got my rear bumper painted. I'll post up some pictures probably thanksgiving day, I need to wash my car first.

 

I've had mine removed for several years. No problems during inspection (although the guy last time did start asking me stuff just as I got the keys back :p ). Check with your state/province and find out the legality. As far as I know most states it's not technically illegal, but yeah insurance might frown on it.

put a spoiler on out of curiosity, and it fits ok. Think I'll keep it on for awhile till I find a new trunk. This one is full of holes.

I dont care if he has springs or shocks.. but he has hub to bolt the wheels to so extended lugs or stand alone spacers need to be put on pronto!

I just picked up a Del Sol about two weeks ago. I ****ing love this car.
Here are a few pic's.
Plans are to clean her up a bit, she's rough around the edges right now.





We should have a Del Sol meet. Has that been done before? It seems like there are a lot of us.

 

Anybody want a tow hitch for their sol? How about an OEM Honda 6-disc CD changer (w/mount)?
