But yes, some higher end Sigma's would be OK with me. Like a 10-20mm f/4.

Granted, I wouldn't snub a Nikkor 10-24mm f/3.5 either, but at double the pricepoint, the sigma will work just fine.

All talk though, because I'll probably cave and buy a used Tokina 12-24mm.

the mamiya 120mm is not a super macro; its more geared for small product table top stuff like I do.

thats my daily beater

Yeah, I do not do product photography at all. Not my bag.

I like automotive a lot, and honestly should look into some strobes and such. It's just there's always something I'd rather buy for my car than my camera.

I'm running Tein Super Streets with 15x6.5 +45mm Racing Sparco NSIIs. I love the stance of my car, but the front could go another half inch down and look just plain mean

Sorry for the quality, it was taken on a camera phone lol

I've been meaning to ask for a while, but keep forgetting -- how much did Speedware Motorsports charge you for that harness bar?

Looks good! but I can't afford coilovers. I am looking for people's opinion on springs/shocks combos.

Ok so my buddy has a freshly rebuilt b16a2 block and he will give me it for 50 bucks. it has new pistons, rods, rings, bearings, machine work etc. oil pump and all that stuff... But it either spun a bearing or one of the rods is knocking.

The pistons are 20 over he said? I was wondering... If it spun bearings do you think the rods and pistons would still be good? They only have about 1k on them or so.. Or if it threw or bent a rod do you think the pistons would still be good? and just buy another rod to replace the bent one...

The reason I ask is because im really new to boost, so i was thinking just get my b16a rebuilt OEM (which i could use his slightly used parts) and do that and boost it on low boost for some fun. And then on the side over a little of time just do a full on build...

Any input??

Honestly man, you gotta open it up and see what she looks like, that will give you your answer, something was not put back together right or something, if the motor is that freash and it either spun a bearing or is knocking. Me personally if you want to use the old parts id say replace all connecting rods, just to be safe and really inspect those pistons also.

It says it has a key. I'm surprised that there's a need for a product like this to be made. Are oil caps frequently stolen at car shows?

Oil caps, rad caps, dip sticks, valve stem caps or even center caps are all quick grab items I worry about. Then if you have some simple tools, spark plug cover and rear tow hooks.

but think he's not asking about car shows but everywhere since the motor sticks out of the hood on a daily basis
