It's definately up there as one of my favorite Sol's. I'd been slowly looking backwards at the owners thread; and was surprised to be browsing through a different appearance thread "eibach" i believe, and noticed it with a Mugen bumper. Didn't think it had been posted up in here. I actually thought it had looked amazing with the stock aux light bumper; but I wanted to see full body shots with the new setup!

dammit! I just swapped the new motor in, only to find out the shifter fork is somehow stuck. I managed to get the slave cylinder on, but clutch drops to the floor and doesn't come up. FFFFFUUUUUU

I've had my sol dohc vtec for about 3 years and since I'm selling my other Honda I think its about time I dumped some money into the sol. If anyone has pics of clean simple sols please post them I need to get some ideas going.

Hey guys! first time posting, anyway, I just bout a 95 Sol Si. Obviousily i'm going crazy trying to figure out what i need to do to start prepping to boost it but i have no idea where to start. what would be the first thing i should get? i really want to be around like 250 wheel hp when everything is done cuz its going to be my Daily Driver. should i just try to get diff Injectors or fuel pump or something else?

#1: This is not the thread to post something like this in, make a thread in the Civic/Del Sol forum.
#2: You need to do a whole heck of alot of research before you even think about boosting something. If you have to ask what to do, you don't need to think about doing it until much later in your automotive career. This is coming from somebody who has actually torn an engine apart, torn a car apart and has actually boosted a vehicle before, unlike many who just read magazines and do nothing more than talk. It's alot of work and alot of money. Read and learn and start small.

Are you able to buy the plastic peices where the Fog lights go in for the 96-97 bumper? or do you guys usually take them off when you install the Fog lights? - Thanks.

[QUOTE=sohc95vtec-t;40588911]your supposed to have the plastic pices in place with 96-97 fogs, they just get cut.. theyres an outline on the backside that you follow
and after you cut it, it will look like so...
/QUOTE]
Yes but what I was saying is that you can't tell if they are there or not and in the case you want to pull your fogs for some reason you will no longer have the plastic and will have to get new ones.
That's why I was saying you don't have to use them, and why I suggest not.

Got my interior all finished and complete tonight! You know what i'm talking about jon ![wink](https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emwink.gif)
I'm very happy with the way it came out, with a set of jdm speaker grilles and all the necessary switches to fill the holes, it looks good. I fixed the little cracks in the door handles and it looks like new (talk ****, but crazy glue works miracles
). Hopefully i'l get some pics this weekend.
SEM Landau black also looks like it did well on the couple things i needed to color change, we'll see how it lasts.
